Please arrive 10 minutes before the lesson starts. You will change into comfortable workout clothes in the designated changing area.

Your assigned trainer will carefully discuss your current concerns (such as stiff shoulders, lower back pain, and posture improvement) and your ideal physique.

We provide personalized, one-on-one instruction using the Reformer, a specialized Pilates machine. Even beginners can move comfortably without straining themselves.

We’ll help you assess how your body has changed after the lesson. We’ll also offer advice for moving forward and suggest the best way for you to continue your training. *Please note that we do not engage in any high-pressure sales tactics.
Yes, that’s no problem at all. About 90% of our clients start as beginners. Since we offer one-on-one sessions and tailor the program to your physical condition and stamina on the day, you can participate with complete peace of mind.
Please bring comfortable workout clothes, a towel for wiping sweat, and a drink. Indoor shoes are not required, but for hygiene and safety reasons, we ask that you wear socks (non-slip socks are recommended) during the class.
Yes, we have a dedicated changing area available. Feel free to stop by after work or before or after your outing.
We sincerely apologize, but this studio is exclusively for women. We have created an environment where our female clients can relax and focus on their lessons.
